Tiktok support???

My account got hacked 10 days ago and I made a report and reached put on Twitter as others have suggested. The person has done nothing with my account other than change the email amd phone number so I can't get it back. I'm just wondering if anyone has had an luck in similar situations or suggestions on what else I can do.
