Account hacked & lost

So, I woke yesterday to an email saying that I changed my username. Tried changing my password right away but as soon as I did, I got kicked out of my account. They changed all of my info. Username. Email. Phone number. Tried the account recovery process but no luck seeing as all that info has been changed. Is there anything I can do or am I SOL?
