I’m not getting livestream notifications. Why is that?

I have live notifications enabled for a few creators. However, when they go live, I don’t get a notification from TikTok.

• I have notifications enabled in the Settings app.

• I have in-app notifications enabled.

• I have LIVE notifications enabled.

What am I missing here? The only way I am able to check if a creator is live is if I happen to see them on my FYP or if I go to my Inbox tab.

They are probably shadow banned

Have you tried following them? You’ll more likely get livestream notifications from the creators you follow.

Commenting cause same. I did double check my devices settings and those are on too. So if anyone figures it out, I'll give them my firstborn.
