Account hacked - how to recover

Hi all,

My original Tik Tok account got hacked and I’ve been trying for weeks to go back and forth with support to recover it.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m going to just create a new account and start again. There are some really good videos on my old account - is there a way to get a copy of these without the watermark and reupload them on the new account?
