Whats with these streams with the game Thorns and Balloons?

So far every live streamer I see playing this mid looking flash game are over exaggerated heavily on whats going on but somehow they have a ton of followers. Is this like some kind of weird bot laundering service or what lmao. I typed how one of them seemed like a fake kind of stream and instantly got blocked.
