“Shared videos with you” random account

Hey guys,

I’m trying to get to the bottom of something that’s been bothering me for a while. I have this suggested account that says “Shared videos with you” but I’ve never seen the account before, we have no message history. My friends don’t send TikTok’s so I don’t open videos from anyone.

The ONLY time I’ve ever opened a TikTok someone DM’d me was my partners little brother because my partner doesn’t have an account. I already got the recommendation for his account though. Is it possible it’s just a throwaway account of his? Or can this be picked up some other way?

Has anyone else experienced this? So odd.
