Anyone know where the hell they're getting those movie clips?

Everyone knows the Chinese movie clips where the main character is jack and always ends the video on a cliffhanger and never posts the next part right??? I wanna know where they're getting those clips (or do they make them?), I just wanna watch movies in short form since I don't really have enough time for just watching the whole movie or a series. I also kinda wanna make my own account that uses those clips.
