Have I been catfished by enhanced filters?

I was talking on tik tok for a couple of months to a sweet girl. I was blown away by her unreal beauty but then she recently posted a story in her tik tok which looked nothing like her in the videos. I mean you could tell it was the same girl but nowhere near as attractive.

I then noticed all her videos use effects called natural beauty, pure skin 10.0 ME etc and was wondering if these effects enhance their image? Especially the eyes I noticed look more enhanced I could show someone two pictures as I screenshotted both so you can tell me have I fallen for AI?
