Audio out of sync

I would really like to start recording outside of the app as the quality of video is significantly better, however every time I record outside the app and upload to tiktok or capcut, the audio is out of sync. If I watch the video in my camera app or upload to Facebook or IG, audio is correct. Anyone have similar issues? Any idea how I can fix this?
