Can someone explain? TikTok wont let me post an edit but the song I used has a sound on TikTok?

So basically, I tried posting an edit to my TikTok however it said I had to replace the sound because it was copyrighted. Usually it does this if my vid is over a minute long, but my vid is 50 seconds long. I searched and it has a sound on TikTok and it does (as shown above). I can't just use the sound because it's a different part of the song. So is the fact that it's a different part of a song an issue? I thought maybe it was however I've posted other edits that used different parts of the song with no problem, so is it like a new rule? Or is something else wrong? Thank you in advance!!
