Can somebody teach me something?

I’ve never actually posted a TikTok before. I’m on it, but I just lurk. Today I saw this girl use a filter (effect? Visual? I have no idea) that turned her into Slytherin. how does one find this filter/visual/effect and use it on a photo of themselves? I tried searching Harry Potter in filters, I tried Slytherin, I’m SO confused

It should be a button at the bottom of the video but above the caption by the creator. There will be a yellow box with a magic wand and it'll say something like use this filter. If you don't see this on the video then it's not available in your country.
