Wrong email on tiktok shop w free samples

When I go to request a free sample, an email pops up that’s not mine. When I go to edit my addresses my email is correct. This ONLY pops up when I try to get a free sample. Does anyone know why this is happening and if I can change it? My account got hacked a couple months ago and im worried this email is connected to the hacker. When I check my account information and security in all places I can do that, it’s normal. The only place this pops up is here.
