TikTok saying videos can no longer be over 1m

I was making a draft for tomorrow and the video is 1:38 long and TikTok says it can’t support anything longer than a minute and when I posted it in private to see the issue it was only 59 seconds. Is this like a bug are they trying to go back to the short form? I NEED OVER A MINUTE VIDEOS
