How long do suspensions last?

I received my first suspension today for apparent “spam”?! Which makes no sense since its everyday content that I make but for some reason it was flagged today. Now the video never went live it was sent to drafts right away… once I appeal this how long does it usually take for a response? Or even to lose my suspension? Its complete BS
