hopefully this is the right place to ask this??

Does anyone know how i could grow my page? I’ve been posting for about a year now and it just seems like less is happening i try to stick to trends , use trending sounds etc. but its like tiktok just doesn’t wanna push my videos out if that makes sense. Some get a few thousand views and the more i post the less traffic i get which i don’t completely understand because every person on tiktok says the more you post the more traffic you’ll get to your page. idk i guess im just looking for any tips or tricks to be able to reach more people because i really do enjoy posting i just wish more people could see it.
