How to gain traction on TikTok's FYP?

Hello everyone! I am a mid-size creator on TikTok, who has found themself in a bit of a rut. Despite having amassed a decent following, my videos just aren't gaining traction. What do I do? I upload videos regularly, but they don't gain more than a few hundred views. Does anyone have any tips on how to get more attention on videos?
