Tik tok ads - scam?

I keep seeing this tik tok add for replica adidas spezials and wondered if anyone else has? I placed an order through their website it looks dodgy AF and now I regret it they have given me a tracking number but won’t reply to emails and I am wondering if they will come has anyone purchased from one of these?
