Do people on tiktok live know the live is public?

Peoples lives come up if you just scroll through the live stream section, or even randomly on the FYP but everyone on there acts like they’re not live.

If you join they will get confused, call you out by name asking why you joined and start insulting you out of nowhere. I’m just scrolling and your video came up. Don’t you want viewers? 😭
