fyp acting weird the past few days

so my fyp has been acting up the past few days and i don’t know how to fix it. i’ve blocked every facebook, instagram, ai accounts i could find and think of but it still doesn’t show me the content that i want.

i spent years curating my fyp by saving, bookmarking, liking, downloading and even sending vids to my friends so that i can see the content i’m interested in. yet, the second i watch one different video then all of my fyp is messed up. even if i skip the video or refresh my feed, it’s still messed up. but when i comment, like, etc, fyp still doesn’t show me what i want but i can see the content i want every few videos.

i’m honestly so exhausted
