Logged into an old account and someone is using it

A while back I created another TT account for another niche, but I got busy and didn't develop it. I logged back in today and somebody with a similar name is using the account and has posted two or three videos. Is it possible TT somehow gave the same account to two people? How were they able to log into my account, or how was I able to log in to theirs?
