Fyp being weird

So recently my fyp has been really weird and just kind of bad, Now my fyp is usually comprised of football, football edits, memes, etc. But every like 2 or 3 videos tiktok will spam me with random content or content that has like 6 likes by some indian guy that i dont care about, even when i try to hit not interested or skip by it fast, it will still appear, this is not the only time this has happened to me as this happens for me about every 2-3 months or so but its really annoying. Does anybody know how to fix this?
