What does this mean???

I know if I report it I’ll get nothing back 🙄 I blocked the words now, and blocked all of these people, but WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? All of the commenters have no followers, no following and no likes - very weird. I thought maybe it was a glitch, but it was like a whole spam at the same exact time.
