Can I recovern my account without access to email?

I deleted one of my old google accounts a while back without realizing it was connected to my tiktok account. Now I had to change phones because my old one broke. I have to log into tiktok again, but I dont remember my password. I can't recover my password through email because the email no longer exists (it cannot be recovered, it was deleted too long ago). Is it possible to get access to my account again or do I have to suck it up and make a new one?
