New TikTok Shop return policy is now charging vague “restocking” or “retrocharge” fees
Just went to return something and noticed they added a new policy you have to check off. It says if the item is damaged, used, or not in original condition (even if it’s not your fault), they might charge a restocking fee, partial fee, or even a retrocharge? None of these fees are explained, and it feels super vague. Before this, you’d just pick a return reason and be done. Now it’s starting to feel like they’re trying to scare people out of returning stuff. has anyone else seen this?
