If I have paid to promote multiple videos on my TikTok account, am I cooked? Should I start all over?

I feel like some of the videos I posted before should’ve gotten way more views than they got, and I paid probably about somewhere between $100-$200 in multiple videos, not individually altogether the amount.

To get some of the videos promoted, and whenever I post, I barely get any engagement. Albeit I have not found a niche yet, but I believe I will find one soon, but I’m wondering if since I’ve already paid to play, as they say in the industry, if my account is now permanently under that banner and it will never get organic growth without paying
