Can’t upload to story or post after account re-activation.

So about two days ago I had to delete my account but was able to re-activate it. All settings are the same. I am now unable to post anything to the general feed or to my story. Original drafts on any device get same error. “Couldn’t upload post. Saved to drafts. Something went wrong, please try again.” I have cleared cache and downloads. Logged out and back in. Deleted and re-installed. App is up to date. Device is up to date. Tried on both WiFi and cellular. Saved draft to device and tried to post as new. Any suggestions?
