Does anyone grow off daily posts?

Curious if daily posts is even enough to grow. Most of the people I follow who are growing are posting 2-4 times per day. I've been posting daily for 4 months and am sitting at 300 followers and 300 views each post. Every now and then I break through into 400-1k range but that's about it. I honestly wonder if the app is too saturated...
