Swirl filter horror video

Ok like 2-3 years ago I watched a TikTok horror compilation on YouTube and the first video was probably the scariest one I have seen in my opinion. it starts off with that swirl filter challenge where you try to walk down the stairs with it but some kind of glitchy human thing starts crawling up the stairs and the woman recording starts saying oh ok I can't do this sorry guys before going back into some random room I've tried searching for the video on Google but can't find it.
