UK - Can’t Post Pictures in Comments.

Based in UK, we’ve had TikTok comments for a while now. Not sure what the issue is. People with older phones than me have got these TikTok photo comments, but I haven’t. My partner has been able to post them for ages, whereas I’ve updated my phone and my TikTok multiple times and still nothing. Any ideas?
