I paid 10 dollars for ads, after I paid, right away they told me it won´t be uploaded.

I created a new account a few days ago just for a product I was selling. Then, I paid for ads, especifically for more Sales. I paid then bucks app. (10 clp in my country). But short after I paid, a message was shown. something like this content wasn´t allowed because of the business politics.

I don´t understand clearly. First of all, it´s not NSFW content (it´s literally handgrip excersises). It has phonk music but it doesn´t contain any bad word in any lenguage. I actually verified the copyright thing before uploading it.

By the other hand, I think it requires a huge lack of shame and honor for a big business to say something won´t be available right away after I paid for it. At least, it could have been before paying so I don´t waste time and money.

I paid on friday, and so far, I still don´t get a refund. Maybe they don´t work on weekends and that´s why, my last hope says.

I´ve been looking for a solution and the only thing they offer is to "delete my account and I can get my money back", but, who will be responsable if I don´t get my refund?
