Entire comment section misinterprets Disney UK’s meme post as a political statement against ISIS

Disney UK posted a clip of bugs life with the caption, “100 ants vs. 1 grasshopper, discuss” a lighthearted nod to the viral “100 men vs. 1 gorilla” meme.

All political stances aside- I think it’s really annoying how comments can so easily take something for what it’s just not. Like, twisting a movie tie-in using a meme format into some geopolitical allegory, and then calling out Disney US for not publicly taking the same stance.
