I'm part of gen Z and yes we are very unserious

They have a very I don't care about anyone attitude towards what others want. I didn't know how that's going to work as they get older. For some it works, others, not so much. One of my employees is a 19 year old girl. She really doesn't care about things that don't give involve her, but she she works hard and helps with restaurant admin stuff. She goes to school and does very well. Unfortunately, she's the exception. A lot of them, especially the boys, don't have that attitude. If they don't care, they won't do it well. I hear a lot from both genders that if they were paid better they would do the job that they were already hired to do. Asking for more money when you're already doing a poor job isn't going to work. It's very difficult. The girl mentioned above has the job given to get because the one before her, who was 25, did that all the time. It took her a week to do what the new girl does in half a day.

Gen Z are so proud of themselves for contributing so little to society. It's weird. Like people in this thread bragging about avoiding interviews because it scares them?

Every gen above gen z has navigated life through mental health, autism, adhd. etc, and although it's good there's more services, some of you are very very weak. In one school in my area 10 kids in a 30 kid class have special accomodations or anxiety that means they have to be allowed to listen to music in class. Good luck in life as you aren't even attempting to navigate your issues.

Also, if your anxiety is cured by music, you're fine.
