Need an account deleted

I’ve been trying for MONTHS to get an account deleted that I no longer have access to. I’ve tried reporting every single video, reported the account, reported it for underage, and requested a deletion due to the person dying….nothing is working.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can finally delete it? I don’t have the email to it so it won’t let me log into even with a password.
