TikTok stuck in Russian after visiting Sochi — how do I fix it?

Hey everyone! I recently traveled to a small state/city called Sochi in Russia, and while I was there, I used an app called Nomad to get better internet access. Everything worked fine, including TikTok — I was getting local content in Russian, which made sense.

But now that I’m back home, my TikTok still thinks I’m in Russia. My entire For You Page is full of Russian content, captions, and creators, even though I’m no longer using Nomad or any VPN.

I’ve tried changing my language settings in the app and interacting with English content, but nothing’s worked so far. Any idea how to fix this and get my FYP back to normal?
