Does anyone know what these really crappy AI accounts goals are?

I keep seeing accounts like this showcasing a dog on traintracks, poorly made with AI, some showing borderline gore occasionally. I want to know what’s their purpose and if it’s just to garner attention or be something like the AI Minion rabbit hole? The account given is much more tame to the idea than other ones I’ve seen before. Just thought this was weird and interesting/confusing.
