Why do you use TikTok?

Here is a copy and pasted message from a friend (both mutual and friend) in dms that was hidden and marked as sensitive with a prompt to report it.

"I can never use the songs I want and it makes me mad."

(Referring to tiktok letting you use a song on their app, usually one it autoadds or recommends. And a few minutes after posting the sound will get removed for either copyright, not available in your country, etc)

And my personal favorite "OH SHUT UP."

We weren't being serious at all lmao.

But in my other dms with friends, we regularly call each other bitches and it's not hidden for some reason. (I have filtering completely off btw)

At this point tiktok condones, hate, violence, toys made to look like children….. and more it’s bullshit. They need to change their report options cause reporting someone for “hate against protected group” or whatever the option is makes no sense with their approach to reports. Support doesn’t even care ask them to explain and they’ll say “you can block them” and if you ask for a human or even just a non copy and paste response they say “we’ve provided you with all available information” there’s literally an account that posts videos of dolls for pleasure use that are literal children and tiktok doesn’t care

Have you tried reporting them multiple times? Someone told me that my mom is poor so I reported them on both accounts and I got their comment deleted
