Is tiktok shop legit?

Hey guys! So I just found some really cool pens that I would like to buy from TikTok shop, and I was thinking about browsing a little bit more to potentially find some more things. I've never ordered from it before and I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's legit, or how to tell which items are legit and which ones aren't? I don't want to get scammed somehow.
