Can someone explain to me why all these anonymous accounts seem to be posting clips of a home decorating show from the 90s?

At first I thought it was one of the random VHS clip channels I subscribe to, but there's so many of them, and they all seem to exist to upload various clips from "Decorating Cents". It's kind of inexplicable, and seems to have happened in the past week.
