Agency/Creator Network

Hello, my name is Tristen Johnson, and I stream on my TikTok account, usually Fortnite. I only have 730 followers, but I gain a lot quickly. How would I join an agency or creator network to get publication and more media output? Do I do one or the other, or both? How do I go about it? I would also like to be represented especially when I get restricted with no warnings, explanations, or approved appeals.
