Why dooes my tiktok and instagram keep suggesting my accounts to my family?

This has happened to me in instagram and now on tiktok I don't understand it, I always make sure to toggle off suggestions in the settings I still get suggested to relatives, I think it has to do with the phone number or contacts. I just want it to stop its a serious problem for me and unfortunately making my account private isn't enough for these platforms to understand I don't wanna get suggested to people. Does anyone have a solution for this since I am willing to make a new private account.
