Are the Growth Programs effective in terms of increasing conversions and profits?

I got an email saying that I've been selected for a Growth Program that lasts for a month. I'm really happy with this because I could definitely benefit from the mentoring, but I am unsure how effective these programs are in terms of increasing conversions and profits. Has anyone else taken part in the Growth Programs before? If so, please could you let me know what your experience was like? Thank you so much in advance!
