Streamer potentially faking not having a lot of viewers

I saw a live by a user called "filip" idk the actual username. He was playing Google snake and I stayed until he won. He said he would do a face reveal because there were a lot of people watching and if someone followed his ig, he would do it. He promoted and played his music and Instagram and then did the face reveal. Something was off but I quickly forgot about. Then I got his stream again. Still doing the same thing, saying he rarely streams and doesn't get many viewers, and continues with the whole thing like it hasn't happened before. I got it again 2 more times,saying the same stuff and acting like he has never done it.

I think he might be using the kindness of people by acting like he has never got this many views so he can promote his music and ig. I'm not totally sure about it, but I find it weird you would go through the same script when you get "this many viewers for the first time"

He plays Google snake and eventually gets 1k or more viewers. He says if he wins he will do a face reveal which he hasn't done in a while. He wins and asks for someone to follow his ig. He promotes ig and his music on Spotify,playing one of his songs. He promotes it again, checks his ig followers and does the face reveal. After a while he will play more Google snake and then "before ending the live" promotes his music again

Maybe I'm just weird but this seems off
