Unable to comment videos

For some time I'm unable to comment (any type) most of the videos (15% success ratio). I noticed it when nobody reply and like me in long time. It's frustrating af cuz I put my time to write something and they're so shameless that they DIDN'T ban it, showing for me but not for other people. Can I do something with it?
