My grandparents and parents are all immigrants. To a lot of people from earlier generations it’s not about race and skin tone, they were labelled minorities back then as well. It’s the fact that they broke their backs to build North America through trades & hard labor without handouts and it was a pain in the ass to gain citizenship and they feel wronged that today’s immigrants get a different treatment than them. Governments colluding and using the media to divide us will tell you it’s a racial issue when it’s really a class issue.

Actually, most of the dingys are full of men. Virtually all of them. The ones heading to the UK from France that is.

What Americans fail to understand is that people have to leave their homes and family that they absolutely DO NOT want to leave to come to America because of America. American interventions, sanctions, CIA coups of democratically elected officials who were leading their country to socialism and the US replacing them with far right politicians who were in alliance with American capitalists to exploit workers and steal minerals. The US also trained paramilitary groups to subvert resistance which later became cartel violence. They learned their cruelty and brutality from America and it kept latin countries unstable and enslaved to America. Why wouldn't you leave a place like that so your kids could eat? I know I would and America tells the world how great the American dream is that it only makes sense to come here.
