Well the actor in the image is South Korean Actor "Lee Jun-hyuk" who's never been in such a film.
This led me to find the actual video that uses that artwork called Vroom Vroom which I found here:

In the video there's a place called Shillong Club so I matched the logo and this led me to a series called "Hidden Talent" a series in Hindi:
