Age Confirmation Trouble

Hi!

I’ve had this TikTok account since 2018. I’m 21, and I’ve recently gotten age restricted. I can’t send DM’s, use TikTok Shop, or go live. the DM’s is the most annoying part. I’ve submitted my real government issued ID and my face with a code written on a piece of paper to appeal it and prove my age and TWICE now they’ve said they can’t confirm my age. I put the correct birthdate and everything. Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve tried emailing them and they basically said to just try confirming it. Thank you!
