Posted this video and got little views

I am well aware that 1 minute videos are hard to go viral on tiktok. I have gotten short videos on tiktok with 100k+ views. I risked it a bit but I thought this video overall had a great visual hook and visuals all over. Why did it fail? 3 hours have passed and only has aboyt 400 views.
