Question regarding algorithm

Hi guys,

So I was running a TikTok account for about a month, I was getting between 200-500 views each TikTok, but then I had an issue where I couldn’t add my website to my bio.

Due to the above mentioned issue, I decided to repurpose an old TikTok account I had (11 followers) - I have been posting for 5 days and getting between 1-10 views per tiktok, despite posting similar content to my 200-500 views account.

Should I just start a new TikTok account instead? Or is this normal when trying to revive an old TikTok account?
