What is with these comments?

Can anyone tell me what's the deal with these comments? I've been posting the same content on Tiktok for over two years but this week has been chaos, Ive been getting multiple comments like this, all from similar account that either have no posts or a view weird posts, and it's always one single emoji.

I've blocked five accounts today alone because of this.
