How YouTube Shorts became so successful even after being so late and TikTok's monopoly?

Simple. TikTok went full 1984 with moderation of comments and content. Nobody wants that garbage.

Almost like they're forcing it down our throats. When you open the app, they are playing l, alywas suggested, and filling the search results. Also, the "preview" runs itself, and it counts.

My shorts are just a thing I watch when I wake up it's mainly bleach facts frerein pokemon and magic pack opens and Grey's anatomy clips ( a show I've never watched and if it was more medical stuff less gushy romance I'd watch it probably)

Half of them are probably from me passing out with the same video on repeat
